Returns & Refunds

Cancellation within 24 hours
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a 100% refund of the order value.

Cancellation before delivery
Before your order is dispatched for delivery, we will contact you to confirm that you are ready to receive it. If you choose to cancel the order at this stage, 80% of the order value will be refunded. The remaining 20% covers costs incurred in processing and preparing the order.

Please note: Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds or exchanges are only available if:

* You receive the wrong item, or
* Your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.

If either of these applies, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and complete original packaging to ensure it reaches our office safely.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery, or returns without the original packaging, will not be accepted.

الإلغاء خلال أول 24 ساعة
يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ إتمام الطلب، وفي هذه الحالة يتم استرداد قيمة الطلب كاملة بنسبة 100%.

الإلغاء قبل التوصيل
قبل خروج الطلب للتوصيل، سنتواصل معك للتأكد من جاهزيتك لاستلام الطلب. وفي حال رغبتك في إلغاء الطلب في هذه المرحلة، سيتم استرداد 80% من قيمة الطلب، بينما يتم خصم نسبة 20% مقابل التكاليف التي تم تحملها لمعالجة وتجهيز الطلب.

يرجى العلم: بعد خروج الطلب للتوصيل، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.

الاسترجاع والاسترداد

نظرًا للطبيعة الحساسة والقابلة للكسر لمنتجاتنا، يُرجى من العملاء فحص الطلب فور استلامه.

يُسمح بالاسترداد أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:

* استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب.
* وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب نتيجة الشحن والتوصيل.

في حال انطباق أي من الحالات المذكورة أعلاه، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، مع إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج وعبوته الأصلية.

لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاسترداد أو الاستبدال، يجب إرجاعه بحالته الأصلية وبعبوته الأصلية كاملة، لضمان وصوله إلى مقرنا بأمان.

لن يتم قبول الطلبات المقدمة بعد مرور 24 ساعة من وقت استلام الطلب، أو في حال إرجاع المنتج دون عبوته الأصلية.
