Return policy

Returns & Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of our products, customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery.

Refunds or exchanges are only available if:

* You receive the wrong item, or
* Your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.

If either of these applies, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and complete original packaging to ensure it reaches our office safely.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of delivery, or returns without the original packaging, will not be accepted.

Shipping

We offer delivery and shipping directly to your specified address.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on product availability and your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified with the relevant delivery details.

Our products are manufactured locally and hand crafted. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and of fair value.
